Banning the video does not change the history of the #atrocities brought upon the Native Americans that owned this land and were killed by Europeans to create the colonies. Instead it suppresses the beliefs and opinions of Native Americans. Up yours, Beth.

It's definitely a #HORROR#movie w lots of gore. Roth's stuff always seems +5 pts too mean spirited for me. Maybe it's that his gore is so realistic, or that I don't find his movies joyfully deranged so much as misanthropic.
While I appreciate that it got made, & ALSO how many things from the OG #Grindhouse trailer got incorporated in some way, I still feel like the 2007 faux trailer is the superior movie, lol.
I opened up MyFitnessPal today... it seems I had both rapid weight loss AND rapid weight gain right after Thanksgiving. Either I REALLY need to watch it, or MyFitnessPal needs MyMathPal.

Managed to avoid anything resembling retail activity on #BlackFriday. One of the shopping malls near me had to close its doors because there were too many people inside. NO THANKS.
Highlight of the long weekend was revisiting The Walnut Room in the former Marshall Field & Co (now Macy's) on State Street in downtown #Chicago, Illinois, USA. Such a treat to have a meal under the big tree in a historic building.

Hike the Sonoma Overlook Trail, Watched the Out of Towners, 1971, rode Sonoma to San Francisco by way of Nicasio Valley, Marin County, over the Golden Gate and into the City. -- "If I stay too long, It's cause I need you."
Since #Thanksgiving in spirit celebrates #Nakba, I'd rather use the days off to do something anti-colonial. Among the anti-colonial things I did, I watched the The Lobby - USA documentaries about the Israel lobby, describing how the lobby spied and harassed BDS activists, who's behind Canary Mission, bribing representatives, controlling mainstream media, social media propaganda with pinkwashing and purplewashing when "Israel" can't be directly mentioned, astroturfed counterprotests, attempts to co-opt Black South Africans to dispute the apartheid accusation, and etc. However, despite the enormous amount of resources used in the lobby, the younger generation of Jews became more pro-Palestinian anyway. There're 4 episodes, each about 50 minutes. Basically they
don't expect to win rational arguments against Palestinian supporters, so they resort to all sorts of other means, often very ugly and disingenuous, to manufacture consent. #today I just got home from a lovely and small #Thanksgiving dinner for four. I was expecting more, but it was nice, just the same. I brought two turkey dinner portions home.
