Time to say good night everyone. Little doggie needs his heart meds and a little walk. Thanks for coming by, and see you in the morning.
Be well, and enjoy being you.
#Axions are hypothetical elementary #particles that were initially postulated to solve a theoretical shortcoming of the strong interaction, the so-called strong CP problem. For many years, axions or axion-like particles (ALPs) have also been considered promising candidates for dark matter. #Physics#sflorg https://www.sflorg.com/2023/12/phy12112301.html

Little doggie syncopated really hard about a hour ago.
Screamed for almost 30 second while we kept him on O2. . . This is just tearing me up watching him go through this.
In most cases, the virus's #genetic material, #DNA is enclosed within a protective protein shell called a #capsid . A research group at Lund University is working to understand the process by which the #virus ejects its genetic material from the capsid and into cells and what causes the virus's DNA to be released. #Biology#Virology#sflorg https://www.sflorg.com/2023/11/bio11082302.html

A CT scan of an often-overlooked, plant-eating #dinosaur skull reveals that while it may not have been all that “brainy,” it had a unique combination of traits associated with living animals that spend at least part of their time underground, including a super sense of smell and outstanding balance. #Paleontology#sflorg https://www.sflorg.com/2023/11/pal11072301.html

Chimmi went in today for a check-up, and it's looking pretty good that his ACL will heal, no surgery needed, and may be able to return to normal activity in a couple months if he continues to progress Will still be on restricted walking to just a few feet for the time being, and pain medication. His heart mummer is still stable at grade four, and no fluid build-up on lungs. So, no other heart medication other than the ACE inhibitor at this time. Tough little doggie
