Started working on a new little MagicaCSG hard-surface modeling project.
One of the great things of working with MagicaCSG is that every element is non-destructive, so I can adjust the shapes, creases, colors et cetera at any time.

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. There was lots of orange in the replies so I went with that. I want to give it another coat with a more vivid orange but that one is a bit translucent so I had to mix my own orange with my “good” paints. Once it’s dry I’ll brighten it up with the vivid paint (and then I will dirty it up again!)
I have a Midjourney subscription, so last night a coworker asked me to have it imagine "Optimus Prime with a mullet", because "The 80s Transformers movie was so 80s, I’m surprised Optimus didn’t have a mullet.
The AI didn't seem to get what we were going for, but I kept trying, and eventually got close, with some interesting results along the way.
@art@CR8R So sticking with the bad picture taken in my early days of commissioned scale modeling. So brief story about this commission. Hired for the first time internationally to build a small scale diorama and transform this #gundam into a #patlabor Mecha replica. The diorama theme: Rioters against police w/ #mech support. So far we sourced some small scale diecast vans and police cars as well as mini HO scale figures from #walthers. Stay tuned for more terrible pictures 🤣😜

W końcu zajrzałem do opuszczonego domostwa w lesie przy torach. Dom wygląda na taki, w którym (po remoncie, ociepleniu, dołożeniu paneli, pompy ciepła itp.) z przyjemnością spędziłbym samotną "jesień życia".
Masa ptaków na stawach po drodze nastawiła bardzo pozytywnie, ale w lesie było pełno ludzi, samochodów, motocykli crossowych i trochę przygasłem. Ale i tak było spoko, zwłaszcza na pustych fragmentach, dalej od szosy.
