As someone how has experienced depression, I know how difficult it is to discuss it openly when you are in the midst of an depressive episode. Yet, she did. There are about 200k messages collected from two public mailing lists and the Enron corpus. In a fit of public spirit I thought I should upload it as a dataset to https://zenodo.org. But I have no idea what license, if any to put on the data set. Anyone with similar experience? Somehow the Enron corpus ended up CC licensed, but I don't know if any lawyers were harmed in the making of that decision.

I know and respect the fact that people have widely divergent opinions about the importance of lawyers in the U.S., but I will say this - knowing that (at least some of) the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court can be bought off makes being a #lawyer in the U.S. something I'm far less proud of than I used to be. Any #trademark#lawyers out there? Say a parent company shutters a subsidiary and pulls product from market, does the subsidiary’s mark ever become available to others? Example: Coca Cola closes Sprite and Sprite is no longer made, marketed, sold. A rule requiring poor criminal defendants to have a #lawyer throughout the #criminal process took effect Saturday. Few #courts in the state have plans in place.
