Achievement unlocked. I had to stop #jogging years ago due to chronic shin splints and plantar fasciitis, but, recently, I thought I'd test the water again.
This morning I completed the 'Couch to 5k' programme without any problems. It's a good, well-balanced plan, very doable; highly recommended, even for old duffers like me...
It was hot so I decided to keep a slow jog for at least 5 km and then do some strength training with my band.
I also felt a weak pelvic floor and I couldn't do banded pull-ups as planned.
#Plogging is the combination of #jogging and litter picking, originating in Sweden. I did this yesterday for the first time and collected a full bag of garbage on a stretch of just 6.5 km.
