Midwest has an active tornado: "hey, let's all have some drinks and watch the entertaining weather"

Washington DC has a tornado watch: " ok everyone, we've got a serious storm alert, gets everything you need to do to stay safe. We're closing everything down so people can board up windows and prepare."
