So there was a small earthquake near where I live and I just learned that you can go to https://earthquake.usgs.gov/data/dyfi/ to report if you felt it.
(My extensive West Coast experience tells me that with one that large, you'll probably have some smaller-but-noticeable aftershocks as well. However, I'm very much not a geoscientist, so I'd defer to their actual knowledge.)
