The team Screen 7 used to work on a fan game called Indiana Jones and the Fountain of Youth until 2021. It was planned as inofficial successor of Indiana jones and the Fate of Atlantis, but it was canceled.
Happy 80th Birthday to the great #GeorgeLucas Here’s a portrait from my archives circa 1994(ish) celebrating the man who made me fall in love with film through @StarWars and #indianajones and everything in between! Here he is doing the iconic #ILM magician logo pose made famous by another hero of mine, #DrewStruzan@Starwars
I'm working on a classic point and click adventure game in my free time. It's an Indiana Jones fan game and I'm treating it (and the design decisions and process) as if it would be a real follow up to Fate of Atlantis back in the early 90s - taking (gameplay and UI) inspiration from the classic LucasArts games that followed it. #pixelart#adventuregame#retrogaming#indianajones#lucasarts
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is a 1989 graphic adventure game by Lucasfilm Games. It follows Indiana Jones and his father in 1938, as they try to stop Hitler from getting the Holy Grail. Players explore movie scenes, face Nazis and spies, and use the SCUMM system to interact with objects. The music was composed by Eric Hammond.
I can't bring myself to watch the fifth film, so I'm just gonna pretend #IndianaJones was a trilogy and forget the last two even exist. That's for the best, I think. 🤔
A 1991 Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis demo uses this strange EGA sprite of a sailing ship as a placeholder for the overhead view of the Nazi submarine.
The new Indiana Jones movie was not very good. Right? All of the stunts at the beginning were way over the top. And then they travel through time? And then the movie just kinda stops? Ugh. #IndianaJones
