I'd actually love to hear from actual #deaf or #hardOfHearing folks about what they think of this. It kinda looks gimmicky in a " who asked for this?" kind of way to me, but I'm a #blind person. I don't know if people have been looking for this but I'd really love to learn more :)

#WhatchaReading ? Wow, the bleak moment in The Breakup Lists was even worse than I expected, though actually worked really well with the story arc. I found it overall a good read, though too repetitious and with a bit of a deus ex machina ending; I would've like to see the main character really pursue what he wanted.
Has what seems like very good #deaf representation, is very #queer , and very geeky about high school theater. And a sweet romance.

Podcasters need to post transcripts so that episodes are accessible for people who can't hear the audio. And for folks who may have cognitive issues with processing audio.
But yes, transcripts are also nice for people who prefer to read. 😊

Just seen another person with a cochlear implant at the indie cinema and it's about bloody time 😀 I've been working my ass off trying to increase awareness that the cinema do a load of subtitled showings.
To my #Deaf and #HardOfHearing followers, is it helpful for me to, for example, put what key or BPM a song is at when describing audio? I'm working on a cute little project in F sharp minor (because it's one of the best keys), and was casually thinking about how I'd describe it.
