After grabbing vinyls on Friday, I found some well known #CityPop artists' albums on Saturday. I grabbed 3 Tatsuro Yamashita albums, and 4 Mariya Takeuchi albums.
I've been occasionally buying some CDs here and there. Got these two in the mail today! It'll be nice to listen to some Blue Hearts now that I have the actual media.

Welp, time to load up Plexamp and my J-Pop library. My go to is 80s radio and listening to the #CityPop and #ShowaIdol goodness!
I'm a day late for #CityPopSunday, but I'm gonna post anyway because I really like this track: "Ai ga Tomaranai" by Wink. It's actually a cover of a Kylie Minogue song, "Turn It into Love", which was only released in Japan. This was one of the first '80s J-pop songs that I ever heard, so it'll always have a special place in my heart :blobcatlove:
Going to be honest that I am way confused by this week's #JukeboxFridayNight theme of #SurfingTheNewWave. Not sure if I should be doing surfing/beach music or New Wave music... So I'll do one of each.
