I was told that since this paint pour didn't have cells (even tho I explained it was a new paint and I didn't know what it would turn out like), this smart ass says to me it's not pouring it's just smeared paint. Now I was pretty nice about the whole thing because tbh, I thought it looked like a pretty flower. How do y'all feel? #Painting#acrylic
Today's coloring page is from the #PeriodPanties coloring book. I wanted to see if mixing white #acrylic would let me apply opaque #watercolors. Had to slowly build up layers and then re-ink the lines. (We have already established I'm bad at inks.) But it worked, yay!

One yarn I can't get away with is cotton. I had to really force myself to finish this evil eye granny square blanket. It was from Hobbii and 70% off! Was making 2 freeform cushions with leftovers but have hidden them under the bed. I like a bit of give in yarns. Also a super chunky premium acrylic which crocheted up like a board. Never again.
The iridescent medium makes it shiny in a unique way. It might need some tinkering with lights to get the colors pop out enough - otherwise it might be bit pale.

Awhile ago I posted a picture of my hubby as a little boy (he is in the back seat) with his Grandpa rowing a boat on a lake...It got me thinking and painting so I could give him a special Christmas gift this year! Almost done!
