The real issue is that over the last 40-50 years, the media & others have conflated #antisemitism and criticism of the State of #Israel while they have turned a blind eye to those who are antisemites and yet supposedly pro-Israel, including Christian Nationalists who bad-mouth Jews, use slurs, and only see Israel in some eschatological vision of Christian Triumphalism.

We don’t need new algorithms & generative AI for that.

We already know exactly what we need to do to address* climate change.

Our future will be determined by whether or not we choose to act. I’m hopeful we will.

*Note: “Address” as in achieve better outcomes. Not “solve.” Climate change is here. We cannot avoid it, but we can achieve a more sustainable & equitable Earth.

The only feature that matters for any social media experience is the people who are on it. I'm amazed at how many technology leaders forget this and get distracted by the underlying tech, protocols, features, etc.

Elon is a great example. He thinks he bought a platform. But what he really bought was a community. And of the two, the community has degraded far more than the platform.
