@faizalr why on earth one should create an imperfection and test if it's imperfect? That looks dumb. It's like one not charging his car and trying to drive it long. So you will the driver is intelligent or idiot?
However, not sure what position you are in and what support your company has around Scrum and Agile, but it doesn't sound like they are doing it according to the principles.
If you fall back on the Agile Manifesto, the 12 principles and the Scrum values, you have something to use if you'd want to take up a discussion within your team. Something for the next retro, perhaps? (Hope you do those, at least.)
@kkarhan dude for some people even rocks and sand might taste good, doesn't mean that mysteriously my tastes should change so that I suit their tastes.
@mindaslab why not? Simple: it's a time vampire video. If you feel like making videos don't try to artificially increase their length, make them them useful.
