@ct_bergstrom It depends on the technique used and it weakens the point of 2FA to a certain extend, put it's sometimes possible to setup the same time-based one-time password (TOTP) on other devices as well. Including the computer where you login with. For example see @1password.
An alternative might be a smartwatch that is linked to your phone that can display the 2FA code, but for this specific nuisance obviously only if you already happen to wear one.

Er staat niets over sectoren in het nieuwsartikel en op de UWV website staat ook niets. Sowieso is het helemaal niet de rol van het UWV om zulke persberichten te versturen. Laat het ze maar delen met EZ.
Je kunt wel stellen dat er arbeidsmigranten nodig zijn, maar dan moet je ook de huizen hebben, maar die zijn er niet.

@ErikJonker@vosje62 Ja, weer een stelling. Ik draait om. De kern is: we kunnen ook met minder arbeidsmigranten in de zorg, de industrie, alle bedrijven.
Het heeft niet zo heel veel zin om te discussiëren over stellingen die niet onderbouwd zijn. Leuk dat het UWV een persbericht de deur uit doet, maar we weten niet waar het op gebaseerd is.
Maar het hoofdprobleem is: er zijn geen woningen. Daar gaat de beperking over arbeidsmigratie over. En ja, dat doet economisch pijn.

Zie overigens ook mijn andere link waar het UWV publiceert over onbenut arbeidspotentieel. Er zijn allemaal mensen in NL die kunnen werken, maar niet werken.
De 'oplossing' meer arbeidsmigranten is (1) niet onderbouwd met feiten en (2) gaat voorbij aan de vraag die jij stelt.

If I understand correctly, the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) has started a preliminary investigation into this possible breach of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and GDPR by the European Commission. No source to back that up currently however.
Yet, it's quite unfathomable that a large majority of the European Parliament does not want to discuss this issue.
It appears the EC started an advertising campaign on social media which was against the DSA as it seems to have targeted people based on their political view.
After this article was published (in Dutch) in a major Dutch newspaper last Friday and was published online at the link above, the account on X of the author and the X accounts of @bert_hubert (a tech expert who criticized the EC proposal during a hearing in Dutch parliament), @marieke (a journalist) and @ArmandGirbes (a Dutch professor of intensive care medicine at the University Medical Center of Amsterdam) all were search shadow banned.
A search shadow ban means the account still exists, but you cannot find the account if you search for it on X.
MEP @sophieintveld picked up the article and asked written questions to the EC about the advertisement campaign, but she is aware of the search shadow ban as well.
The European Commission wants to start eavesdropping on all our private messages, photos/videos and conversations(!) via apps. To pressure the Netherlands and other countries to vote in favour, it posted illegal, misleading ads on Twitter/X. At election time. This is unheard of:
Now that I look at your profile: do you know what the sentiment about this proposal by the European Commission is in Swedish society? Is it being discussed in the media or social media (in as far you understand Swedish)?
I would have expected this proposal to come from a conservative party, but the EU commissioner mostly involved is a social democrat.
