As a leftist I want to see justice done regardless of the party affiliation. However, I can say that my preferences for justice and equality before the law could be a factor in whether or not I consider foul play to have occurred.

Some suggestions:

Jeremiah 22:13: “Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness and his upper rooms by injustice, who makes his neighbor serve him for nothing and does not give him his wages.”

Isaiah 5:8: “Woe to you who add house to house and join field to field till no space is left and you live alone in the land.”

If you want Jesus specifically, maybe the parable of the sheep the goats. Jesus emphasizes caring for the least of these, which includes feeding the hungry, giving drink to the thirsty, welcoming strangers, etc.

Based on Google not my own expertise. I think generally one needs to be equitable and compassionate.

I don’t think it’s realistic to expect a rewrite of code that works. Maybe over time we can start implementing pieces in safer languages.

I don’t care for Rust because I like writing unsafe code. It’s fun. However, I would value the assurances it provides using software written in Rust.

Last week, on two different days, I drove one hour each way for my boss to tell me that the meeting room is full so just go home and he’ll email out the meeting minutes after.

Mind you, I knew how many people were going, and I messaged him the night before, twice, that I should probably skip out so our guests don’t feel too packed together, and he never answered.

Killing the environment because people suck. I hope he felt like a big man.

Could under reporting of real inflation that consumers feel be a factor here?

I’m sure these companies are exploiting consumers, but I’ve also been suspicious of the reported inflation numbers. It feels a lot higher than that and actually it could be more in line with the companies in the graph.

Maybe it’s not the fast food prices that are high but the inflation number that is too low.

Don’t misunderstand – I loved the phone. But in my area, with my service, it struggled. Many people don’t have this problem. I find it’s a bit choosy.

I’m not sure I can make a confident recommendation without more information about what you value. There are many respectable options, and Pixel is generally one of the best.

I’m a fan of the OP 7 Pro. It’s a bit long in the tooth, but it’s performed well mainly because it was generous with memory when I first came out. Also a good CPU generation. The ROM scene could be better.

Paradoxically, I think it’s still the Pixel as my favorite, but it would be nice to get an opinion first from someone who uses your cellular provider. I hate having to preface it because I love the vanilla Android experience. I’m trying to resist making sweeping generalizations based on my one data point. It’s technically possible that I had a hardware problem.
