Days since I put something magnetic on top of the laptop and made it suspend: 0

@alatiera fun fact - the same thing happens when you place a ThinkPad and a MacBook opposite each other and the upper edges of the back of the housing touch each other.

Took me a while to understand why my ThinkPad is acting weird when it touches a MacBook 😅.

The existence of the Antichrist implies the existence of the Antimaria, that I suggest we call Waria for simplicity.

@KekunPlazas unfortunately there's no English version of this

It has come to my attention that the Gradio project was archived a long time ago on https://github.com/haecker-felix/gradio.

However, it still appears to be open for translations on https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gradio/translations/.

Could you kindly close the project for translation to avoid wasting translators' time on an already archived project?

Thank you.

@sabriunal thanks for the information, I didn't know that.

Weblate returns "Page not found" - so I guess the related translation project doesn't exist anymore?

Worked a bit on Fragments this evening.

Two new features in one video! Drag and drop support, and a new (optional) setting which automatically moves the torrent file to trash after adding it. 🚯

Fragments now supports selective downloading of files within a torrent!

The MR finally got merged 🥳

PSA: If you want the latest stuff on Fedora Silverblue, rebase to "testing".

rpm-ostee rebase fedora/39/x86_64/testing/silverblue

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing#Using_it_with_Fedora_Silverblue_(Kinoite,_Sericea...)

Thanks @decathorpe for pointing it out :)

haeckerfelix,
@haeckerfelix@mastodon.social avatar

@tbernard @decathorpe Kind reminder, I think now would be a good time to switch back:

rpm-ostree rebase fedora:fedora/39/x86_64/silverblue

I had some weird problems with package conflicts, which were fixed by the non-testing rebase.

I had completely forgotten that I was still using the "testing" branch.

haeckerfelix,
@haeckerfelix@mastodon.social avatar

@tbernard not entirely sure what you mean, nothing prevents you from installing F39 updates on the regular non-testing branch.

Though not sure if they'll release updates at the moment, since AFAIK they're in pre-release freeze.
