No it wasn't Beds Lace. I remembered their name but I'm jiggered if I can remember the other one. My partner at the time danced with them (maybe that's why I can't recall the name! 😉 )

Black Annis used to dance Border, blacked-up faces and all. I saw there was a team in Leicestershire with that name.

(The donkey must be 30 years old or more by now)

My Italian lesson today: "gomma a terra" - a flat tire. But, as frequently happens in small town , all turned out fine. We were headed out to dinner last night when our car informed us that we had a tire emergency. We drove the rest of the 800m to the restaurant to figure out what to do over wine and pizza. The proprietor was happy to let us leave the car in the parking lot, because we decided it was a tomorrow problem and had a nice walk home on a pleasant spring evening. 1/3

Well that coaching taster was great and I am very excited to working with this person. The aim is to help me get my life/career mojo back as I have completely lost my zest and feel very rudderless. That recent bipolar episode did me some psychological/confidence damage
