This morning I almost got hit by an #Autowa driver on my street who wasn’t paying attention and I had to jump back because they didn’t notice me. Then when I waved my arms at them in frustration they got mad at me.
@siobhanwanders that sucks. Someone almost reversed into me as I was walking behind them. They only stopped when I banged on their rear window. He was probably using his phone and not bothering with his mirrors or backup camera.
I deleted the #nostr app on my phone. Crap content full of #bitcoin and #conspiracy theorists. The tech is interesting but the content kills it for me. Shame.
Boxed cereal manufacturers are selling cereal for $3.99 in #loblaws. That's not a sale price, they shrunk the boxes so much, they'll probably last two days. Is there a reason - linguistics or culture perhaps - as to why so many Georgian surnames ends in "..dze"? I think it's odd yet cool, as its sort of an identity. Makes it easy to spot a Georgian prop in the front row of a #rugby team in France or England. #georgia
The Cdn government – and similarly other NATO countries – needs to call in their local US ambassadors and demand an explanation of why they are allowing a treasonous previous gov official at large to publicly call for Russian aggression against them. Wouldn't that be standard operating procedure in such a situation? #TFG#NATO
