Anyone anything good at the moment? I'm still on my PSP kick playing MGS Peace Walker which I think is going to keep me busy for a while. Especially as I'm not great at it 😶.

So happy I picked up a PSP again though. Such a fun console. I maaayyy have also bought Silent Hill Origins. I think that's probably all the games that I definitely want for it, but any suggestions of hidden gems that I should look out for?

@Hundstrasse I am currently playing through Final Fantasy V for the first time, by way of the Pixel Remaster on Switch. I think I'm about a third of the way through and have been thoroughly enjoying it.

Frantically trying to finish this #NES game for the #ByteOff competition that ends this week. My first song I wrote to put in it was so bad I was thinking it would be better without music, but I'm playing around a bit more and hoping I'll have something passable soon!

    My WIP #NES game for the #NESMaker Byte Off competition. You play a monarch butterfly on their migratory journey. You need to grab milkweed flowers to keep your hunger meter up and avoid predators like wasps.

    For I thought I'd post some screens from my WIP NES game based on Steamboat Willie. It's a simple platformer that will take you through a couple of different locations like the docks and the steamboat, avoiding animals that are angry over the abuse they took in the original short.

    I'm trying to keep the colors to mostly black and white, but finding it quite challenging to limit an already limited palette like the NES. Also, it's my first time trying to make an NES game, which is pretty challenging! But I'm using NESMaker and having a good time learning something new.

    Today'#VGMWednesday is #GoodStart, so I decided to highlight the opening song in Ocean's Jurassic Park for #SNES. While the game's music sounds nothing like John Williams, it is an amazing soundtrack that fits the setting nicely.

    I selected “Random Game” on my #MiyooMiniPlus and it gave me Haunting Starring Polterguy by EA for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis. It’s a game where you’re a poltergeist called Polterguy and you’ve got to jump in and out of different home objects in order to scare the occupants and get them to move out. Quite a fun little game.

    I was playing a new romhack last night of Super Mario Bros and was truly impressed. It uses a Celeste play style that plays surprisingly well! The graphics and music are great. It's a completely new game. Definitely worth a try!
