@BleepingComputer Kaspersky I can understand. What if the government employees in question work with international relations stuff with China? WeChat is borderline indispensable to the Chinese and most who work with them nowadays.

TikTok comes out as the absolute worst vector for propagating all sorts of hateful and even explicitly genocidal shit all the time. And they don’t do anything about it when alerted. Even in this article, they took down a couple of posts only after the issue got this type of attention.

@GottaLaff That ban was also initially vetoed by Arkansas' Republican (now former) governor. Some Republicans still care.
