Here's a poll for you all of the , and beyond:

Do you believe in unrestricted access to all types of information on the internet such as textbooks for everyone?

Edit: When I made this poll I forgot to specify what sort of information I meant. In this context I meant like textbooks, academic articles and etc

SinclairSpeccy,

@9Lukas5 On what?

SinclairSpeccy, to random

Love how I find all the textbooks I needed for high school online for free AFTER I graduated.

After all, I am a user that believes in freedom of all types of information for all!

"Hi would you like to donate X amount of money to support X"

No, I would not like to donate. You're a fucking multibillion dollar corporation donate your own money and don't beg people to do it.

If I was to donate money I would go to the donation place myself because who bloody knows what the big corp is gonna do with my donation. They'll most likely pocket the cash for themselves

Somehow I still have blobs saved from when I jailbroke my iPhone 6s on iOS 14.5 and 14.6....

SinclairSpeccy, to random

RIP matrix element on iOS 14. They dropped support for it in the latest update just because of some rich text editor thing.

Anyone know if any other apps that still support iOS 14 when it finally breaks for me as I refuse to upgrade my iPhone 6s Plus to iOS 15…

Love how my family thinks my fan is broken because it’s so hot in my room but it’s actually because of my running my computer for so long

Flashback to when I ran neofetch on my iPhone 5 :P.

Thinking about how great the #Transformer wiki tfwiki.net is with how they write their articles.

Take Starscream for example and some others 😂

SinclairSpeccy, to Transformers

A new Transformer has joined my collection, this time it is the Maximal Rhinox!

Alt text for the images is a fun short story with dialogue sort of thing

#Transformers #Photography

Galvatron's voice, cold and authoritative, cut through the silence. "Gentlemen, survival demands sacrifice. Rhinox, if we're to find common ground, I need to know where your loyalties lie." Rhinox, undeterred by the threat, met Galvatron's gaze with a stoic expression. "Galvatron, pointing a weapon doesn't make you right. Loyalties are earned, not coerced." Arcee, her optics flickering with a mix of concern and defiance, stepped forward. "Galvatron, we're not here for needless conflict. Lower your weapon and let's figure this out." Thundercracker, still processing the abrupt turn of events, spoke cautiously. "Yeah, we're not getting anywhere by pointing guns at each other. Let's talk, figure out what's going on."
Rhinox's response to Galvatron's threatening move was swift and decisive. His optics gleamed with determination as he assumed a battle-ready pose, aiming his weaponry directly at Galvatron. The room held its breath as the standoff reached a new level of intensity. Arcee and Thundercracker, caught between the two formidable forces, exchanged wary glances, uncertain of how the situation would unfold. Rhinox's voice, steady and unwavering, cut through the charged atmosphere. "Galvatron, I won't be intimidated. Loyalty is earned through trust, not through threats. Lower your weapon, and let's settle this through dialogue, not violence." Arcee, with a sense of urgency in her tone, stepped forward, addressing both parties. "Enough! We're all here for a reason. Pointing weapons at each other won't solve anything. Galvatron, lower your weapon. Rhinox, let's find a peaceful solution." Thundercracker, ever the pragmatic Seeker, added, "She's right. We have bigger concerns than fighting amongst ourselves." Galvatron, though momentarily challenged by Rhinox's defiance, slowly lowered his fusion cannon. The room breathed a collective sigh of relief as the immediate threat of conflict began to dissipate. Galvatron's tone, however, remained unyielding. "This is not over, Rhinox. Choose your allegiances wisely." Rhinox, maintaining his defensive stance, responded with a calm determination. "I always do."
Rhinox, in a display of sheer strength, had managed to topple the mighty Galvatron, who now lay sprawled on the ground, one arm extended in a futile attempt to brace the fall. Arcee, her usual confidence shaken, stood in shock with her hands pressed against her head, optics wide with disbelief at the sight before her. The formidable Decepticon leader, usually so imposing, now found himself overpowered by the unexpected force of Rhinox. In the background, Thundercracker couldn't bear to witness the scene unfolding. He turned away, his hand covering his face, unable to comprehend the reversal of power dynamics that had just occurred. The air hung heavy with a mix of tension and disbelief. Rhinox, towering over the fallen Galvatron, maintained his stoic composure. His optics, however, betrayed a glint of defiance as he addressed the defeated Decepticon leader. "Power doesn't guarantee victory, Galvatron. It's about knowing when and how to use it."

29 years ago December 3, 1994, Sony released the original PlayStation in Japan.

Originally intended as a CD-ROM add-on for the Super Famicom, Sony's "Play Station" evolved into a standalone console.

The PlayStation was part of the fifth generation of video game consoles, competing against the Sega Saturn and the Nintendo 64

Gotta love it when sites start breaking on iOS 14 so I can’t log into stuff 🙃

Not me getting accused of spoofing a game even though I haven’t touched it in years and just wanted to buy some stuff when I got it again 🙃

So… I’ve been looking at my site and thinking about how a small portion of the site uses AI generated code because no matter how hard I looked, it could not figure something out yet the AI could do it.

…Is this considered bad?

I find AI useful with learning of sorts besides making alt text for me but I still have to troubleshoot the code and fine-tune it

Do you people on the ever get stuck looking at lost media on the Lost Media Wiki?

32 years ago on December 2, 1991, Apple released QuickTime.

QuickTime went beyond conventional video playback by supporting advanced media types like panoramic images (QuickTime VR) and Adobe Flash.

The discontinuation of QuickTime 7 in macOS Catalina marked a shift to QuickTime Player X, which abandoned the aging QuickTime framework in favour of the AVFoundation framework.

QuickTime installation floppy disk. The disk is white with a grey label that has the Apple logo and instructions for installation. The case has a white label with the QuickTime logo and “CH” written on it. The label also mentions that QuickTime provides multimedia features to certain programs and at least 4 MB of RAM are recommended. It provides the following installation instructions: 1. Install System 7. 2. Drag the QuickTime and Scrapbook icons to your System Folder (not into the open folder). 3. Restart your Macintosh.
