A policy on use of Generative AI has been accepted by the Minecraft Wiki community.

With development of new tools and technology, wikis have to keep up and evaluate risks and effects of those on the wiki and their communities. This policy is a result of exactly those evaluations.

Mojang will be adding 20 new paintings to #Minecraft in the upcoming "Tricky Trials" update, bringing the total to a whopping 46 motifs!

Five are by Sarah Boeving and can already be seen in previews for Bedrock Edition. The other 15 are from the artist who made the original paintings, Kristoffer Zetterstrand!

Today's #Minecraft snapshot 24w10a brings eight new wolf variants to the game, which spawn in different biomes! The previous white wolf can still be found in taiga biomes though.

Are you ready for #MinecraftLive? It takes place at 17:00 UTC on Sunday, October 15 - just three days from now!

It'll feature a lot of news about the game as well as its spin-offs, and also includes once again a vote about which mob should get added to the game.

The vote is open from Friday at 17:00 UTC until the beginning of Minecraft Live. It takes place in the Minecraft Launcher, the minecraft.net website, and a dedicated Bedrock server for the mob vote.

This snapshot lets you put items into decorated pots! Up to one stack fits into a pot, but to get it out again, you need to use Redstone or smash the pot, Zelda style!
