Rip. 's (and apparently all the other source games acfording to reports on ProtonDB) no longer work on Linux since a recent update (apparently a week or so ago, but I havent played in a month).

Strange that of all people would update their games to NOT work. Was really hoping to pick it back up again :/

Experimenting further into this forsaken bug of non- apps either not being able to exit properly or simply not recognising that they've exited. Each of them were, twice, opened n exited to see how many would behave right "reliably" (spoiler: 0 🥳).

Success rate:

YouTube (EmuDeck 2.1.0 Cloud Service) = 1/2
Plex = 1/2
Spotify = 1/2
Netflix (Chrome Kiosk + URL) = 1/2
Google Chrome (Kiosk mode) = 0/2
Signal = 0/2
WhatsApp (Chrome Kiosk + URL) = 0/2

Jetzt möchte ich sowas auch für die #Xbox und #PlayStation.

#Valve hat eine Notes-App für #Steam veröffentlicht, welche pro Game funktioniert.

Könnte mir das für die Konsolen gut als companion app vorstellen. Man startet ein Spiel, auf dem Lockscreen des Smartphones taucht eine Benachrichtigung auf, mit der man schnell zu seinen Notizen kommt.

Habe mir vor einiger Zeit mal ein analoges Notizbuch dafür genommen. Es aber eigentlich nur für #SeaOfThieves genutzt, um die Inseln zu analysieren, während die anderen die Schätze suchten oder für Konzeptzeichnungen von #Minecraft-Bauten. Aber dadurch, dass es analog ist, ist es für mich irgendwie so sperrig. Bin nicht so der Stift-Mensch.

1. Go to this Steam Support page. In case this link ever stops working, it's "Home > Steam Community > I'm still having trouble with a Steam Community feature". https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithCommunityContactSupport 2. Click on "Contact Steam Support". Fill in your details and click on send. You should take your time to compose this, highlighting how you created your account before you realised you were transgender, how your current Steam account name makes you feel, and that changing this would very much help alleviate the feelings of dysphoria. 3. Steam Support will ask for information to confirm your identity as the account owner. They'll provide you with links to various identification methods (credit cards; PayPal; activation codes/CD keys; Steam Wallet codes; other options). Reply back with attachments of these (.jpg screenshots are fine). https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/40A0-8B4B-B54B-C51A 4. Once Steam Support has verified that you are indeed the account owner, they will give you precise instructions on how to verify that a Steam account name is available (and how to avoid accidentally creating a new account).
"We will also need your new preferred account name. To check availability of names, you can start a new account creation process. After verifying your email address, the next page allows you to check the availability of account names that you might want to use. Please choose an account name that is available and uses only the a-z, 0-9 or _ characters, excluding the hyphen (-). Do you know what really needs? to make again, there's a whole bunch of gamers now enjoying the 's wonderful controls and utilising to great effect and we don't have an official Valve controller to enjoy Steam Input on a PC to the fullest.

These don't need to be like the old Steam Controller, they should be more like the Steam Deck.
