A long, successful day getting the old engine out of the boat. Used a forklift and chain hoists to carefully lift it out of the engine bay and slide it out of the window just behind that yellow buoy. That was interesting 😉

Made it down to Seward just before a major winter storm is supposed to start. The drive was great, but it's already snowing pretty good here in the harbor.
