So I decided that I was going to make predictions about 2024 instead of resolutions. Some of these (a lot) suck, so I tried to even them out with less suck-y things. Lemme know what you think.

My wife and I did watch a movie together and spend a few minutes talking and reflecting, but most of my night has been spent queuing up educational activities for the next couple of weeks, investigating new professional opportunities, tidying up the house, and preparing for getting back to work on Tuesday.
I don't want to spend #NewYearsEve partying about 2024; I want to spend it DOING 2024.
I’m at the #NewYearsEve pawty, friends! I’ve got my fancy outfit on 😎, have had some carrots as an appetizer, and am reflecting on 2023 by the fire before we welcome in 2024 in an hour and a half. Hoppy New Year everybun! 💖 -Skye #SkyeLove
With Radio Canada having shed its large production facility in Montréal, for the first time since the programme started 5 decades ago, its flagship "Bye Bye" new year programme was produced out of a commercial studios in some old waherehouse in La Salle.
@jfmezei At least you had a #NewYearsEve show. #English#CBC had regular programming. #CTV and #Global had news ie. more regular programming. #CityTV was showing the #American Dick Clark's New Year's Eve show. Only the local #CHCH channel (#Hamilton) had an actual New Year's Eve show.
New Year's isn't what it used to be on TV. We used to flip channels to see the different acts, and watch New Years come in across the different time zones in #Canada.
We made it to the East Coast ball drop! Happy New Year!
Lex was tricky this year. It's bad luck to toast with water, and she doesn't like any beverages with bubbles. We inadvertently landed on mimosa ingredients, which is a trend I can wholeheartedly support. I really should drink more mimosas in 2024.
Hope you and yours are celebrating the New Year, are safe and warm, and eating some great food!
