Oh it's all grooming. And it's not just that; sensual/sexualized media, pornography, softcore porn is television programming and movies, the general encouragement of sexual activity while young, beauty pageants for children...it's all part of it.
But a lot of conservatives get more upset when the grooming is #LGBT related because either they don't want their children to be groomed into being confused about their gender, or they're afraid that their children might be gay.

41% of respondents reported moderate to severe anxiety and 39% had moderate to severe depression.
Those levels are six times greater than in the general population.
As always, it's exacerbated for members of under-represented groups which when it comes to science is pretty much everyone who's not a white man from a high-income country: women, non-binary individuals, people of colour, those from sexual and gender minorities (LGBTQ+) and students on low incomes...also senior researchers and scientists in different countries.

There was a recent troll who came into the OpenSUSE mailing list to stir up some shit and I liked how the majority of the responses basically told him to go pound sand, because he was merely asking for the pride rainbow iconography to be removed from OpenSUSE's Reddit page because he reasoned, this distro project should "not be oriented towards any particular group or ideology."
FOSS is a political project. I can understand if the complaint was about not giving time to celebrate other events, but this one was definitely not a concern raised in good faith after the Reddit mods confirmed dude just has a case of incurable homophobia.

In Turkey, the opposition legitimizes the fascist rhetoric it embraces with the negative identification of the government and even does dangerous things to the extent of equating freedom with racism.

The #LGBT community itself is as same as any general public regrading #bigtech as "it's too much work" for them.

@kevinteljeur The rise in #hatecrime in #Ireland is frightening. We only have Garda statistics from 2021. #Disabled and #lgbt groups have been reporting big rises in recent years, mirroring the UK, Trump, Brexit and populist politics.
The Garda playbook doesn't handle the rising tide of widespread exclusionary, verbal and physical violence that harms lives every day.
We are experiencing fascism, and widespread apathy and tolerance for violence from the majority. Garda leadership and politicians are distracting attention from the real problem.
I haven't told my parents I'm trans. My dad keeps telling me he'll still love me if I "come out as gay" even though he "disagrees with the lifestyle" and I do believe he'll be ignorant but accepting.
My mom told him not to tell me that or else I'd "become" gay, as if their acceptance or lack of would have any sway on that.
