When life hands you lemons, just be glad it didn't hand you pineapples, or sugarcane, or worse jackfruits. But, if life does hand you one of those, just trade them for lemonade.
So, I saw my parents recently, and they got me a number of Ryse Fuel energy drinks to try for my #birthday.
Here is the #CountryTime Lemonade one. Let me tell you...it's okay.
It tastes like fake lemonade flavoring with a subtle fake sugar after taste. It's not bad, but yea - Ryse Fuel did a better job duplicating the flavor with the Kool-Aid and Sunny D variants.
Just went past a #lemonade stand some kids had set up in the neighborhood, and envisioned it online.
Twitter: "Sorry, you're not blue check, I can't buy your lemonade."
Threads: "Are you a celebrity or a brand? I only buy from CELEBRITY or BRAND lemonade stands that are trending."
Fediverse: "You can't SELL lemonade! Lemonade should be free!"
YouTube: "I'll buy your lemonade if you CLICK ON LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE! TELL YOU FRIENDS!"
Yesterday was a good day. Thanks to some amazing local market stall holders who hail from Buenos Aires, I was able to try (yerba) mate, and I get why Argentinians and Uruguayans enjoy it so much!
I followed it up with an afternoon of board games with @supakaity and folks at my local gaming store, and discovered jalapeno lemonade while I was playing! Until this point, it wasn't something I knew I needed in my life, but wow, it was amazing too!
