This is one of my favourite #PostRun stretches. Followed by opening out for the inner thigh, and then across the body for IT band. If you don't have a strap, a scarf or a towel works. I do a couple of minutes in each and then switch legs and it feels SO GOOD

Yesterday I showed you photos from Wissembourg, the northernmost wine-growing region of France. The beautiful town lies on the Alsace Wine Route and can be the starting point for a tour through the #Vosges mountains. Here, chestnut trees, pine and fir forests tower high above the vineyards of #Alsace. The Vosges was formed during the Quaternary period, when glaciers covered the region and shaped today's landscapes: ridges with rounded peaks, deep forests, lakes and cirques, peat bogs and mountain forests...
