I love brandy cocktails, and I love rum, so this one is one of the best I've ever made myself.

Tonight I've had the :

60ml manzanilla (fino)
7,5ml Benedictine
Half a teaspoon of peated islay whisky

Stirr&Strain in a chilled Martini glass without any garnish.

Well, I love dry sherry, I love sherry , I also love all the ingredients of this cocktail, but it's not my cup of tea.

The peated note became a unpleasant "fishy" note, and the sherry got lost in between the salty whiskey and the sweet liqueur.

Not recommended.

It's a super tasty #directmartini, made with ingredients from #Piemonte region (vermouth and #whitetruffle from #Alba).

For a full #truffle experience, let the vodka infuse for at least a month.
