I continue to be blown away by #Cyberpunk2077. Mind you, my last foray into open world RPGs was #Skyrim in 2011/2012, so a lot of this excitement is probably just me having very outdated exposure to AAA titles (such is life as a #Mac gamer, there was #WoW and not much else).
Reminds me a lot of Deus Ex Human Revolution (also 2011), which I loved. Things have really come a long way and I wonder what marvels we’ll get to experience in VR, perhaps soon?
So the #windows updates broke my husband’s computer, so he’s doing a full reformat of his HDD. I’m putting 17.2 on my iPad right now. Already put it on my phone. Trying to push through update to my last Apple Watch right now too.
Since husband’s PC is toast we can’t play #WoW right now, so I’m watching him replay Dragon Age: Origins. We have both clue what’s for dinner tonight (maybe sandwiches?), so we’re just going to be #nerds tonight.
At least I got cleared to return to normal life by my Dr today. Back on the #peloton tomorrow! I was told exercise should help the fluid retention in my leg that the compression socks aren’t solving.

Having some serious #WorldOfWarcraft nostalgiafeels lately, after seeing a random screenshot yesterday somewhere.
Wish ActiBlizz hadn't become increasingly shitty ethically over the years; I used to have a reliable on-again-off-again relationship with #WoW, but the various controversies of 2018-2019 meant my already-off-again phase became permanent.
OTOH, since I've mostly abandoned M&K gaming for RSI reasons, I dunno if I'd even be /able/ to play an MMO now 😩

We have a big beans-to-coffee machine at the office, but I simply don't like the coffee it brews. I want plain old filter coffee without the crèma or roasty espresso taste. I tried a french press, but that gives it an earthy coldbrew-like taste that I also don't like. It also tends to be too cold once it finished brewing. After that, I used the stovetop espresso maker you can actually see in the background. It worked well and tasted great, but it took a bit too long and it tended to give a loud bang as the metal warped due to the heat. I decided I need a regular old filter coffee machine. But an entire filter machine just for one person? Yep, turns out, that totally exists! I got a used one on Ebay and I absolutely love the retro look, but they actually still produce them! It comes in black, white or beige as seen here. ☕
I REALLY hope Blizzard has learned from their mistakes and leaves a WotLK server or two up when Cataclysm drops. If not, I'll be quitting yet again just like I did 15 years ago.
Cataclysm isn't classic. There's no doubt about that and if they refuse to leave some servers in classic, then what's the point of calling it classic anymore? It's just retail light.
