Here's a thing. It's a Bandcamp Friday, and we have just released our latest, most furious release, called UBLEHA (English lyrics coming soon). It's a pent-up rage punk with hints of metal: https://popik.bandcamp.com/album/ubleha
Get that or our discography, and support punk from the land where no one plays it. Boosts are appreciated.
What if it wouldn't be a "Dungeon Crawl", but a "DUNGEON MOSH"? Complete with skateboarding lich kings and mind flayer riffs and shit? Well, these Canadian rogues seem happy to provide: #Hardcore#Thrash#Metal straight from the Tomb Of Annihilation! 😁 ->
Since it's BLACK METAL MONDAY (all hail @HailsandAles), I'm posting a song from my favorite metal band ever, SKELETONWITCH.
And maybe my favorite song of theirs-- GORGE UPON MY SOUL. Back when they had Chance singing. I miss this shit. (Check out the wild guitar work around the 2:10 mark!) I met em when they came around many years ago- we hung out before and after the show. Really nice guys.
With Skeletonwitch, you get black, death, AND thrash metal.
I'm behind with everything and my brain was like, #Thrash ? Nope, haven't seen any of that here. So I opened Bandcamp and searched thrash and these guys came up first in the search.
I give you ThrashWall from Portugal and the fifth song on the album, World Domination
Bandcamp serendipity choice is pretty good actually 🎸
I started a #Spotify playlist for some of my favourite #Canadian#Metal after migrating back from #YoutubeMusic (🖕), give a listen or offer some recommendations!
Arguably this one's leaning heavily into the #Death side of things - but there's also more than enough #Thrash to go along with that in order to qualify as a nice addition to #ThrashThursday. Plus it's hard-hitting and awesome. Also the cover art is a little bit reminiscent of a certain part in the artwork on Motörhead's "Sacrifice"... which is always more than welcome 😁 ->
Reminder: our next live show is at Rock Café Sneek on December 1. Exclusively showcasing 5 bad-ass metal bands and the entrance is free! Doors open at 19:00, we'll start at 19:30. So come join us in Sneek where Beyond the Pale will be sharing the stage with Bildtstar, Burning, The Unslain and Man as Plague! 🤘🤩🤘🔥
There seem to be many young and insanely energetic #Thrash bands. #Catastrofy and #FAÜST are also among the top ones, with a cult following of 20 people. #Malokarpatan also got a good new album out this year, so the granddad scene is doing fine too!
