Fishbone released their self-titled EP
Got this the day it came out because I’d heard the ultra-festive track “Party At Ground Zero” and knew I had to hear more.
It combines some of my favorite musical styles (punk, funk, metal, rock, and ska) and features a large line up of musicians playing horns, keyboards, guitars, etc.
Huge energy, and wild, often silly lyrics. Perfect for 15 yo me. I’d play it for anyone who would listen. I like how the album flows through different styles.
Not sure I have a favorite track, but I often play "V.T.T.L.O.T.F.D.G.F." for it’s great guitar work and interesting lyrics 👇

E.g. I work with #CSCS in #Lugano and major notable customers are #meteosuisse , #WLCG (#particlephysics). I specifically work for #CTA and #SKA astronomical observatories, but their use is not yet substantial.
There any many others too, I am not totally sure about relative use. E.g. #climate modelling is of course a very interesting case
I'm a slightly autistic introvert, interested in a lot of things like surfing, design, technologies and computer science. Russian (native), English (foreign). 35+ yrs old.
This one is manic and paranoid and prone to outbursts and bizarrely joyous all while constantly threatening to collapse into a heap on the floor, something that describes me as I prepare for the beginning of a new semester more than I'd like.

In 1986 vormen John Spencer en Eric Stefani de #ska groep #NoDoubt op. Met John als leadzanger en #GwenStefani als achtergrondzangeres.
Hun eerste optreden op 6 juni 1987 spelen ze op een highschool afstudeerfeest.
De ganse set komt op #MTV#BehindTheMusic.
Op 21 december 1987 pleegt John zelfmoord, een dag voor een optreden voor platenbonzen.
