Downloaded the much-ballyhooed new #fujifilm “XApp” which is said to replace the much-hated “Remote” app that would connect to the camera successfully maybe one times in five. New app connected to my X-T30 instantly on Bluetooth, totally refused to connect on WiFi (which you need for all the interesting stuff). I love the cameras but I guess Fuji is just bad at software. Pfui.

I'm searching for a good version of the Classic Negative #Fujifilm film simulation available on the X-camera line for #darktable. So if anyone of you has such a simulation or knows a good source you could make me really really happy. #photography
Fujifilm fans: Have we reached peak Fujifilm? Their mirrorless cameras have all been SO good over the last ten years that any photographer could pick any of them up and be in control of their image right away. Great handling, great user interface, great sensors. I look at the X100VI and the X-T50 and think, meh, so what? (And, bloody hell, that's a LOT of money!)
I really don't need it, but I was impulsive and pre-ordered a #FujiFilm#X100VI today. Like I said, I don't need it, I don't have money, and I'm happy with my X-T30II with interchangeable lenses. But... #photography#camera
Tried taking my first pictures of Jupiter tonight with a #Fujifilm X-T5 and the XF150-600mm lens. The pictures aren't that impressive but I'm honestly shocked I was able to see any detail at all, and blown away I could see what appears to be three moons of Jupiter.
Over the past few years I've been brought in to photograph a series of swim competitions here in #Seattle. Easily some of the most technically challenging shooting I've ever done (lighting conditions, speed, subject variability, plane of movement changes). It's been very rewarding. Most of the work is delivered in color of course but I enjoy shooting some black and white as well. Shot on Fujifilm (currently an X-H2s). #photography#fujifilm
