Twofer for #VGMWednesday because they're both songs that have been bouncing around in my head and people often joke that they are the same song. We need more bubbly character themes!
@herrbischoff Going after obvious statements and guessing what game WANTS you to present or press is an annoying formula indeed, it's like a curse of #AceAttorney games. At least, in #AceAttorneySpiritOfJustice and #TheGreatAceAttorney they tried something with contradiction mechanics (Divination Seance and Summation Examination respectively). I entertained myself to the Logic mechanic in #AceAttorneyInvestigations, even though some data points were plain silly and it was of usual occurence that two pieces don't click together (Edgeworth conjures a lot of stuff up).
I wonder what #AceAttorney7 will be like with all this baggage...
Here's some #PixelArt#FanArt of #AceAttorney that I drew back when I was in college and hooked on #NES colors. I was hesitant to post these little pixel dolls as #MastoArt at first, but I've gotten a very positive response for them, and I'm grateful to you all for your kindness and enthusiasm.
I can't believe I'm at the age where I'm just as old as many of the adults in fiction. Like, I'll be as old as Phoenix Wright from the first game this year.
I think I'm even already older than Apollo Justice. Though, I haven't gotten to those games yet.
Apparently, I'm now using #AceAttorney to measure age milestones.
I was surprised by a new Elements of Justice episode the other day and got around to watching it last night. Usually I'm a lot more interested in the courtroom episodes than the investigation ones but the team managed to make this part really compelling too, and it managed to portray one of the canon characters in a way that interested me more than the actual show did. #mlp#aceattorney
....Eh. Not as bad as I remember some case 3's being (Justice For All....), but definitely not a highlight. Too fixated on minutae, too many needless flashbacks, Daryan feels underbaked given his position, and the whole thing just kinda stops.
Mia Fey bringing the 2003 pop culture references to ‘Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations’. 😉
(It was a lot less dated in 2007 when this DS port was released. Makes me wonder what line it replaced from the Japan-only 2004 GBA original…) #retrogaming#AceAttorney#videogames#nintendo
