@Wraithkal gave my work a lovely shout-out on his indie gaming site (https://www.wraithkal.com/screenshotsaturday-mastodon-musings-may-11-2024/), but I had neglected to include the title in my screenshot post.
Thus, I thought I would share the revised title screen for the Taiyaki Fabulous Museum of Fish (which now fits #GBDev tile requirements better) and a full view of the WIP beginning environment.
As always, you can also see my #Pixel_Dailies entry for today's theme, #crow.
I didn't make a #PortfolioDay post yesterday, but I thought I might share some of my #PixelArt portfolio today with two collections of Twitch emotes that I created for @GreenGaming (left) and https://www.twitch.tv/avesneakz (right). Custom emotes are a specialty for me!
Meanwhile, my #Pixel_Dailies entry for the #stealth theme is in the upper-right corner: an octopus, which can be very stealthy indeed. Thanks again for taking a look at my #MastoArt and have a great day.
Here's some #PixelArt#FanArt of #AceAttorney that I drew back when I was in college and hooked on #NES colors. I was hesitant to post these little pixel dolls as #MastoArt at first, but I've gotten a very positive response for them, and I'm grateful to you all for your kindness and enthusiasm.
This #PixelArt is an original undine character I designed a long time back when I was in my #NES color era. I had an idea of creating a game or comic based on the four classical elements, and this character was the water representative. I hope this #MastoArt brings you some enjoyment today.
This #MastoArt is a collection of the #PixelArt in #SuperGameBoy colors that I first posted on this blog when I was talking about my old survival game concept. It's a little bit of a throwback post because I was out of town all weekend. I hope you all had an excellent Sunday.
This #SailorMoon#FanArt is from the same era as the #PixelArt llamas from the other day (including the colors from the #NES palette). Thanks for stopping by to see my #MastoArt, and a shout-out to all the other #BSSM fans out there.
This was my most popular #PixelArt on DeviantArt for all the time I was on there, probably because it's an illustration of the various llama badges that people could gain on the site. (Are those still a thing?) This is from over a decade ago, when I was hooked on #NES colors and large flat sprites with black outlines. (Not that I still don't enjoy those things now, but that was a particular 'era' for me, as the kids say.) Thanks for checking out this funny, blast-from-the-past #MastoArt post.
Some time ago, I got interested in #floriography, the system of communicating with bouquets of flowers. I thought it would be fun to draw a few #PixelArt flowers (now in #Pico8 colors) for their meaning and visual aesthetic value.
This particular #MastoArt is lily of the valley, which according to Language of Flowers (which you can read in this #ProjectGutenberg ebook: https://www.gutenberg.org/cache/epub/31591/pg31591-images.html) means "Return of happiness."
Here are some simple 28x #PixelArt#emoji made with #Pico8 colors that I was working on recently. I have more of these and will post them as #MastoArt soon.
This is a double-struck #PixelArt#font I made a while ago; I call it Stripy. I was surprised to find that I added it to an online gallery (http://www.pentacom.jp/pentacom/bitfontmaker2/gallery/?id=2711), so if you like it, go ahead and play around with it!
Thanks for checking out my #MastoArt. I'm trying to motivate myself to get back to work on my game, but motivation is hard. I hope you folks are brimming with creativity and energy today!
