@viticci why are people so against dual booting (ideally concurrently) macOS on iPad? iPadOS is never going to catch up to the hardware for power users.

The latest iPad is bigger, has the camera positioned for landscape, and the new Magic Keyboard has a function row and a larger trackpad. I find it hard to believe those changes were made without macOS in mind.

@jefflopes @viticci most apps will just be hard to use with untappable regions - just seems like a recipe for frustration.

The best part of all this:

When I started working on the iPad 12 years ago, some Mac users made fun of me and told me it was pointless.

12 years and many iPad Pros later, the same people are telling me I shouldn't criticize iPadOS or want it to be as powerful as macOS.
