Have you tried peanut butter and cheese sandwiches? I’ve been eating them since I was a teenager, and got to wondering how common it is (I don't know anyone else that eats them).

@WTL I once saw Chef Brockett on Mr. Rogers wrap a slice of American cheese around a banana, at a point when I was eating a lot of peanut butter and banana sandwiches, so I started adding cheese to them and highly recommend it.
@ShaunBurch When I was a teenager, it was cheese slices (gak!), and now I use whatever's handy; usually an old cheddar, marble, or havarti. Tried mozzarella once and didn't like it. Lots of options to try.
@WTL I have a coworker that mentioned she put mustard on her bananas. Every great food at one point had to be new. So I think i'm going to have add this to my “Try it and see" list haha. I'm a big fan of havarti so I might start there.
