Then came the “news”, 40 people were killed. Now the death toll is 133.
Putin said, the attackers were caught. Then they released a video.
Putin said, they were related to Ukraine. In the video they speak Tajik and say “Allahu Akbar”, and ISIS has claimed responsibility.
