So in case you ever wondered, if you're in the middle of an automated voice-recognizing phone tree and your VERY loud cat is walking around meowing at the top of his lungs, the phone tree will continually stop in the middle of all options to tell you "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that last part," and then start over again from the top of the options menu.
