Do yourself a favor. If you can't do this today, try to do it tomorrow. Take your to-do list and limit it to just three things. Let the rest go and give yourself a break for a change. If you want to crash on the couch and watch movies, do it. If you want to read all day, do that. Saturdays and Sundays don't have to be about doing exciting things. Sometimes, they need to be about just recovering and being low-key and that's PERFECT.
@dancinyogi I have a tattoo that says "Don't do what you should, do what you want to do instead" (in Swedish) just to remind myself to give myself an effin' break once in a while.
@dancinyogi That's cool. But it means I'd have to actually make a todo list. Then rack my brains to add more than three things. Then cross off the extra things I just added. Seems like a lot of work. Going to take a nap instead.
@dancinyogi I do this at school - I think I got it from an upbeat American YouTuber (us British people tend to be less enthusiastic and more cynical...on the whole). I have my daily "Power List" - they are the three most important tasks I need to do that day. Anything above that is a bonus. Keeps it manageable and achievable.

The wife is heading out to some yatd sale to buy lots of junk. we do not need nor have any room for. So, I am being left on my own to do whatever. 😜😴
