Marjorie Taylor Greene has admitted she is openly coordinating with Trump to keep an “impeachment inquiry” into Biden open for as “long and excruciatingly painful” as possible. This is the real “weaponization” of the government: going after the President with absolutely no evidence, solely for political points.
@georgetakei Hmmm. A sitting congressman is colluding with an indicted, political candidate, to interfere in a fair and free election, by keeping open, an unjustified impeachment inquiry into the current sitting president, as a tool to help her candidate win the upcoming election.
The "excruciatingly painful" is no doubt said for an audience of one, as objective evidence in her application for the VP slot. In a sane world she would be evicted from the House for it.

@georgetakei I can remember Trump trying to smear Joe Biden as long as Donald J. was desperate to be able to abuse presidential office to evade United States laws, justice & accountability.
When smearing would no longer be sufficient, open insurrection against the authority & the laws of the United States became Trump's final straw.

I have a lot of criticisms of Biden and Clinton, but I'm really disgusted with the right's strategy of constantly making up scandals and dragging them through investigation after investigation, knowing they won't turn up anything. They know it will cause uninformed voters (that is to say, most of them) to have a vague mistrust of them. They won't be able to tell you specifics about why, but they'll tell you that there's just something they don't like.
