@GottaLaff I am wondering about the part of the denial of Trump's motion where she says she is denying it "pretrial", suggesting to me she would rule differently once the trial has started.

Please do it immediately! Also please investigate and remove this horrible corrupter from the bench. When you go into her and her husband's background, it's amazing that she was ever confirmed. The Senate is NOT doing their job at all. Ten Dems voted for this POS during the transition. Without them, she would not have been confirmed and we would not be in this mess. 🤬
@GottaLaff I've seen other legal commenters saying that it is easier to get a judge removed from a case for incompetence than for bias, but I suppose the appeal could say that it's obviously one or the other.

What are the chances that she's getting pressure and threats from TrumPutin's wannabe mobsters and that she secretly wants out, but can't just quit. This may be her process.
"I think 'complex case of first impression' signals her strategy, which reaffirms Smith's suspicions. She wants to have the jury instructions open enough that she can push decisions on the applicability of law off on them where settled law already exists, and letting the chaos of the debate write new law. She can wash her hands before the crowd, that way.
This isn't justice. This is politics using Cannon, at 10 paces.

@GottaLaff This judge will take a step forward, and then several steps back... But then again, what do you expect from a TFG loyalist. All judge Cannon hasn't done yet is tattoo TFG'S face on hers... And this attempt on her part to look less of a Trump fanatic isn't working... Especially after she's done everything to make things easier for Donald Dumba*a... PS: I really feel for Jack Smith. He's literally in a nightmare situation...
@GottaLaff Is Cannon denying Trump's motion to dismiss only so that she can wait until the trial actually starts and dismiss then, when the gov't can't appeal?
