The loudest, most popular "Finfluencers" are usually terrible, and you're better off betting against them.

At around this time last year, Bed Bath & Beyond was the toast of #Reddit. A few weeks ago Bed Bath & Beyond filed for bankruptcy.

This should be an important lesson, but who is learning from it?
