Rock's not dead, it's just off living its best life in little cul de sacs like the one created by 21 Grams More. This is the pure stuff -- no qualifiers (e.g. classic, indie, stoner) needed. Puts me in mind of the roots rockers of the '80s (Graham Parker, Springsteen, Mellencamp even) -- no nonsense songs driven by guitar, bass and drums (with some tasty keys here and there) with clean production and passionate vocals. No frills, just .
