Hot tip: replace "AI tool" or "AI Assistant" with "bias reinforcement engine" in messages.

Example: "Would you like to use our bias reinforcement engine to help you write this letter?"

Makes it clear what's behind LLMs. Not just biased training data but also the configured prompt for the bot.

For complexity to evolve there needs to be some way for the various agents to connect with each other.

This is how #FASTAgile creates a complex adaptive system - by moving from static teams to a dynamic network. It breaks the silos from traditional agile.

People on Twitter are debating whether a person using uncommon words like "delve" are trying to sound smarter than they are, or worse, are ChatGPT bots, because "normal" people don't talk like that.

You don't have to get upset, or embroiled in the debate. Not worth the time or attention. But I'll share some important context as your friendly neighborhood Nigerian 🙋🏿‍♂️

Many Nigerians have bigger English language vocabularies and better command of grammar than the typical American or English person

The fun thing about the Haier micro enterprise model is that it's basically the logical extension of autonomous teams ... but with a strong "legal bulkhead" around each team, because each team* is a separate company with its own P&L, CEO, etc.

A forcing function for innovation, accountability, limiting risk, etc.
