Marguerite at the Sabbath (c. 1912) by Pascal Dagnan-Bouveret (French artist, lived 1852–1929). Faust attended a Sabbath with Mephistopheles. From the fires of hell Marguerite, pale as a specter, stands up, her child dead in her arms. The model posing for this work was Suzanne Delvé.
