The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor documents the zionist crimes in the 48 hours following the International Court of Justice's decision to implement provisional measures against "israel":

Occupation forces continue their aggression on Gaza Strip at the same level, including killing civilians, forcibly displacing them, preventing their return to their homes, and imposing restrictions on aid, as part of the crime of genocide.

Occupation forces continued targeting hospitals that are partially operating in Khan Younis in the south of the Strip, which are nearing a complete shutdown due to the siege and targeting.

We documented the martyrdom of more than 373 Palestinians and the injury of more than 643 after the International Court of Justice's decision.

Residents were forced to bury dozens of martyrs in the courtyard of Nasser Hospital, and establish 4 mass graves in areas in Khan Younis to bury bodies amid the "israeli" siege and targeting.

Only 87 aid trucks entered the Strip on Friday and Saturday, less than half of what used to enter before the court's decision in the same period.

The occupation army continues to kill Palestinians as they gather on Salah Al-Din Street southeast of Gaza City while waiting for aid trucks.

We observed the establishment of a security checkpoint by the occupation army on Al-Rasheed Street (the sea) west of Khan Younis refugee camp, after closing all the side streets used by residents for displacement.

Occupation forces continued to destroy entire residential blocks, along with all buildings within a depth of 1000-1500 meters from the eastern border fence of the Gaza Strip, aiming to create a buffer zone that cuts off more than 15% of the Strip's area.

We noted the ongoing "israeli" statements reflecting intentions to continue committing the crime of genocide, notably by "israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.

SOUTH AFRICA APPROACHES THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE UNDER THE GENOCIDE CONVENTION WITH RESPECT TO ACTS COMMITTED BY ISRAEL IN THE CONTEXT OF ITS ATTACKS ON GAZA

"South Africa is gravely concerned with the plight of civilians caught in the present Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip due to the indiscriminate use of force and forcible removal of inhabitants.

Furthermore, there are ongoing reports of international crimes, such as crimes against humanity and war crimes, being committed as well as reports that acts meeting the threshold of genocide or related crimes as defined in the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, have been and may still be committed in the context of the ongoing massacres in Gaza."

The Republic of South Africa institutes proceedings against the State of Israel.

THE HAGUE, 29 December 2023. South Africa today filed an application instituting
proceedings against Israel before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ
of the United Nations, concerning alleged violations by Israel of its obligations under the Convention
on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (the “Genocide Convention”) in relation
to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
According to the Application, “acts and omissions by Israel . . . are genocidal in character, as
they are committed with the requisite specific intent . . . to destroy Palestinians in Gaza as a part of
the broader Palestinian national, racial and ethnical group” and that “the conduct of Israel — through
its State organs, State agents, and other persons and entities acting on its instructions or under its
direction, control or influence — in relation to Palestinians in Gaza, is in violation of its obligations
under the Genocide Convention”.
The Applicant further states that “Israel, since 7 October 2023 in particular, has failed to
prevent genocide and has failed to prosecute the direct and public incitement to genocide” and that
“Israel has engaged in, is engaging in and risks further engaging in genocidal acts against the
Palestinian people in Gaza”.
South Africa seeks to found the Court’s jurisdiction on Article 36, paragraph 1, of the Statute
of the Court and on Article IX of the Genocide Convention, to which both South Africa and Israel
are parties.
The Application also contains a Request for the indication of provisional measures, pursuant
to Article 41 of the Statute of the Court and Articles 73, 74 and 75 of the Rules of Court. The
Applicant requests the Court to indicate provisional measures in order to “protect against further,
severe and irreparable harm to the rights of the Palestinian people under the Genocide Convention”
and “to ensure Israel’s compliance with its obligations under the Genocide Convention not to engage
in genocide, and to prevent and to punish genocide”.
Pursuant to Article 74 of the Rules of Court, “[a] request for the indication of provisional
measures shall have priority over all other cases”.

“For 84 days, the fascist colonial apartheid regime of Israel has been waging a genocidal war on the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank. For 12 weeks, the criminal Zionist Entity has murdered more than 21,300 Palestinians in Gaza along with 300 Palestinians in the West Bank. More than 70% of these deaths as well as of the 55,000 injuries are children & women, exposing the criminal intent of the colonial regime.

Throughout the genocidal war, Netanyahu's regime perpetrated all sorts of war crimes, and violated all international laws & conventions, including the use of internationally prohibited weapons like White Phosphorus and the torture of civilians after arresting them & other war crimes.

Worst of all is Zionist regime's systematic genocide and ethnic cleansing against our Palestinian people.
While these crimes have been committed with Israeli hands, they were sponsored & backed by the US administration. We hold the Biden administration, especially the president himself and his foreign and defense secretaries, accountable for their direct role in sponsoring & orchestrating this ongoing genocide.

Despite the devastating and brutal aggression on Gaza that destroyed most of the government buildings and facilities, the authorities in Gaza still continue to perform the vital services - most notably the security services - to the people in Gaza.

After 84 days of Israel's genocidal war on Gaza:

• Israel has failed in achieving any of its pronounced goals of their ground aggression.
• Palestinians continue to reject any plans of ethnic cleansing and expulsion.
• Our resistance continues to neutralize invading soldiers and to destroy their military vehicles.
• In this regard, We would like to draw Netanyahu's attention to the conclusions made by former Israeli army Chief, Dan Halutz: that Israel has lost to Hamas, and that Netanyahu has to go.

While we express our warm wishes to our Christian citizens on the Christmas, especially the steadfast Palestinian Christians facing all sorts of apartheid Israeli policies, we salute all the churches that suspended this year's Christmas celebrations in solidarity with the people of Gaza.

On the political level, We reiterate that there will be no prisoner swap deal nor negotiation under fire until the Israeli aggression ends. Meanwhile, we say that we are open to any initiative that can end this Israeli genocidal war.

And here we confirm to all those who are engaged or concerned about the post-aggression period, that this is a Palestinian internal affair and is only decided by a Palestinian leadership that represents all our Palestinian people.

He even called a well known and respected Palestinian activist who is also a law student, calling her antisemitic, which is outright slanderous lie.

Currently, against the wishes of the boycotting majority , he's organized a "let Gaza live rally" as part of annual First Nigh Against the Wars, to coattail off the recent rise of Palestinian Liberation protests.and grift donations through it

Under no circumstances should anyone organize or collaborate with these scumbags.

They're also RevCom cultists with right leaning views on top of being transphobic terf, such as "anti woke", and collaborating with enemies of marginalized and oppressed peoples.

Old white men that center and assert their own views, and are abusive to marginalized and oppressed peoples, often talking over them, gaslighting them and using abusive white male behavior asserting authority , claiming to be in charge.

Nobody on Boston's left should be working with these men

In addition to the above, John was very abusive & divisive, disparaging other groups and organizations, and denying their inclusion in the coalition.

He was also ableist, and refused my demands to make the May Day march route accessible to people with mobility aids
