For 2 years activists and the media spread the lie that hundreds of indigenous kids were buried under churches in Canada. No human remains have yet to be found.

Nearly 100 churches have been burned down or damaged as a result of this lie.

None of them have apologized.

It's definitely terribly overpriced in most of Canada too.
The province of Saskatchewan is a bit of an exception, because the public still owns a fair chunk of the infrastructure there, but anywhere Cdn. telecom' is wholly privatized it costs 'what the market will bear'. And that market is increasingly bearing being under the thumb of what is effectively a monopoly.

Under the pretense that the roughly 7 successful decades of practicing McGeer monetary policy was too inflationary, in 1974 the Basel Committee recommended gov'ts stop borrowing from their national banks and look to private finance to fund their public works
The result was that nations/states/cities that had been frugal before now had easy access to 'unlimited' capital, except any interest went to the private sector, instead of back into the public's coffer (McGeer policy)

Pge wouldn't load. Pardon my hubris, but judges' courtroom decisions on such matters are what I consider 'expert'.
