I have been so #depressed since posting about my experiences on #tiktok. It brought up a lot of #trauma I thought I had dealt with. On top of that I discovered one of our clergy left our church, without telling us, to join one run by a known #pedophile and drug addict. I thought they had morals but I guess not. As I work to build a church with morals, ethics and standards, it seems less and less people want that. Why have I wasted 25 years of my life trying?

The first week of August 2020 my #transgender daughter suggested I join TikTok. Her thought was that there were people in the #lgbtqia community quarantining with family who mistreated them and they needed a place to vent and be themselves. I thought it was a great idea so I opened an account. 1/6

We are having the discussion in #psychology of #culture and #diversity about when is it appropriate to demand #assimilation and use #ethnocentericism. It seems we still cannot get away from imposing our western ideals on everyone else. The students seem to think it is ok to dismiss a person's culture if WE think the culture is abusive or harmful. What is abuse or harmful? Everyone here is shrugging. They have no idea. This is going great. Not!

Update on #lawsuit: collection agency ignored our filing demanding proof of the debt besides just an Excel spreadsheet. Instead, they filed a motion for summary judgment claiming our filing presented no evidence of any breach of #contract. As usual, I have no idea what to do now and cannot afford an #attorney.

Less than 24 hours after being called a “twit” by someone and being dog-pilled by their #Mastodon friends, #Trump did exactly what I warned he would. Dog whistles to his followers to go after the judge and prosecutors in his cases. But I am a “misogynist” for disagreeing with their support of throwing out the gag order. So very sad that this is becoming the sister social media platform to X. Guess it was just a matter of time.
