@verge how has Elon not been let go from Tesla. They use to be market leaders and now are middle of the pack. Others have better technology than they do and he keeps undercutting the company.

@appleinsider Had an AppleTV 3 at the cottage. Last I looked 5 total apps worked. This would lower that. I dont blame them for ending it as it really was so slow.

@LouisIngenthron @w7voa while I agree revoking takeoff clearances happen often and most of the time it is not a big deal and should not make the news. If the airliner was in the high speed abort region and the other was on short final it becomes a breakdown in system communication and should become an investigation.

Man, fuuuuck SquareSpace. They have to buy out other systems to get customers and then they use every dark pattern in the book to try to keep them. Can't wait to migrate from this backwater piece of shit system.

@ai6yr I think that is really smart of them. I am also frustated with the hate for it because “Rich" are doing it... of course they are. Just as the rich helped usher in things like... checks notes sailing over the ocean, rail travel, cars, airplane travel....
So I appreciate the rich for forging forward on space travel so one day I can too.

What I’d like from today’s Apple iPad event:

  • Camera on the long side of the iPad (where it belongs)

Tesla has texted or called me at least 10 times in the last month to offer incentives if I lease a new car with them after my Model Y ends at the start of May. They are quite litterally desperate.

If I chose to re-up with them I could get quite a deal. I’ve told their reps multiple times I won’t support Tesla as along as Elon Musk is the CEO of the company. Gotta wonder how long Tesla shareholders will put up with him in charge. https://mastodon.online/@electrek/112201815082910986
